EXPERIENCE
After 30 years of defending Wall Street firms, banking powerhouses and corporate America in a wide variety of business and securities litigation, Tucker now uses his extensive knowledge and experience to prosecute claims against the likes of those parties he once defended. The transition from defense to offense has been seamless, as Tucker has been able to draw upon his years of experience handling hundreds of securities cases, ranging from the traditional customer FINRA brokerage claims to national securities class actions. Tucker also puts to good use his understanding of virtually every aspect of financial institutions litigation involving lender liability, loan workouts, foreclosures, commercial collections, anti-tying, breach of fiduciary duty, and banking operations such as check claims, credit card fraud and electronic transfer fraud. He also possesses a track record that exhibits an unparalleled breadth of knowledge on a variety of subjects, including disputes involving contracts, corporations/partnerships, creditor’s rights, employment matters (including noncompete agreements and trade secrets), commercial torts (including RICO), real property, landlord/tenant, intellectual property, bankruptcy, trade regulation, products liability, environmental issues, eminent domain, gambling, health care, and false claims.
Combining a traditional big-firm pedigree and attitude of a plaintiff’s trial lawyer, Tucker brings a unique skill set and perspective to any case.
