Jessica is the Director of Business Development for the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group. With over 12 years of experience as a licensed attorney in Central Florida, she brings a wealth of legal knowledge and practical insight to her current role. Jessica began her legal career representing homeowners and condominium associations as general counsel, gaining valuable experience in real estate and construction-related matters.

Throughout her career, Jessica has demonstrated a strong passion for building lasting and meaningful relationships with clients and business partners alike. This focus on relationship-building has played a significant role in her success with Morgan & Morgan, initially joining the firm as a representative for the lawyer-to-lawyer referral network. In her current director role, Jessica combines her expertise in legal networking with a dedicated focus on construction defect and professional liability cases, helping to further the firm's reputation and success in these specialized areas of law.

Jessica is also an active and engaged member of the local legal community, continuously working to enhance both her professional knowledge and the impact of her work. Outside of her legal career, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two young children.
