Joshua B. Alper has joined the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group (BTG) as a Partner based in the firm’s Miami office. His experience spans the spectrum of disputes that arise in the commercial litigation context, including complex breach of contract cases, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder actions (both direct and derivative), non-compete matters, misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference, writs of garnishment and replevin, securities litigation, as well as disputes under the Uniform Commercial Code.
“The BTG is excited to welcome Mr. Alper,” said William B. Lewis, co-managing partner of the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group. “He is a results-oriented problem solver, who has a proven track record of guiding clients through difficult and unique situations, and we know he’ll be an excellent addition to our team.”
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan’s Business Trial Group, Mr. Alper was a Partner at the South Florida-based law firm Conrad & Scherer, LLP and before that was an Associate at the national firm, Blank Rome LLP.
