Six Business Trial Group Attorneys Selected for 2020 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Lists
The Business Trial Group is proud to announce that six of our attorneys have been chosen by Super Lawyers magazine for its 2020 Florida Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists.
Each year, Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process. This process includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process for the Rising Stars list is the same, with one exception: to be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.
The Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than 5 percent of attorneys in each state, and the Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state.
