Dixon Case Highlights Value of Contingency-Fee Model

The case—Nathan P. Dixon, GPN Inc., et al. v. Roman, et al.—involved claims that the defendant, national security alarm company Security Systems, Inc., breached its contract with the Plaintiffs and withheld hundreds of thousands of dollars from GPN, Inc. and Safe American Security, Inc., a pair of local alarm systems dealers owned and operated by plaintiff Nathan P. Dixon.
